Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may take longer.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- FREE shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $50+.
- Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of [Insert Amount].
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Order Tracking
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once orders ship.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once shipped, Reine Noire Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. If returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship.

Final Sale
- Due to the nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered, opened, or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if we cannot replace a damaged or incorrect item.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- You change your mind about the color/finish after delivery.
- The product was purchased on clearance or during a final sale promotion.
