A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

A: Yes! All Reine Noire Cosmetics products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and non-toxic.

Q: What if a shade looks different in person than online?
A: We strive for accurate photos, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen displays.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene and safety, all sales are final.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
